Restoring lives. Rebuilding futures. Re-imagining cities.
Y-RESCUE is a continental youth-led movement dedicated to transforming Africa's most at-risk young people into builders of peace, enterprise and sustainability.

It was born from the belief that every rescued life can become a catalyst for community renewal — that the power to heal nations lies within their youth. Building on that legacy, Y-RESCUE expands the model into a broad ecosystem of innovation, enterprise and civic participation.
It bridges the worlds of faith and policy, of social action and entrepreneurship — demonstrating that moral restoration and economic inclusion are two sides of the same transformation.
At its core, Y-RESCUE is about restoring lives, rebuilding futures and re-imagining cities. Every graduate of a Y-RESCUE program is living proof that with compassion, structure and opportunity, transformation is not only attainable — it is contagious.
The 4R Model
The transformative framework behind every Y-RESCUE program.
Rescue
Reach the most vulnerable youth — those caught in cycles of drugs, exploitation, violence or exclusion.
Reconcile
Heal broken relationships with self, family, community and society through mentorship and restorative practices.
Reform
Build new skills, mindsets and moral grounding through training, faith formation and creative expression.
Reintegrate
Return to society as contributors — entrepreneurs, peace ambassadors, civic leaders.
A movement of renewal.
Y-RESCUE's message is clear: Safer cities are built by transformed citizens. When youth are healed and empowered, they become protectors, innovators and peace-builders.
- • When hope is restored, violence loses its grip.
- • When enterprise replaces exploitation, crime gives way to creativity.
- • When faith in humanity is renewed, the economy of compassion thrives.
